Welcome back my friends this is Lindsay And I have another customer service work From home job for you for those of you Who don't want to be in the health care Field this is for you the big office Supply retailer Staples is hiring a Customer support representative now this Is remote within the United States only While this is in the United States they Do give a preference to People based Either in the Eastern time zone or the Central time zone now they are paying Anywhere from 15 to 17 an hour this is Five days a week eight hour daily shifts So full time of 40 hours a week but they Are looking for someone to work the Second shift they're looking for someone To work two o'clock P.M until 10 pm Eastern Standard Time so make sure those Hours will work for you but if they will They are looking for someone to do a Basic customer support handling phone Calls and chat session sessions directly From their customers including providing Service and solutions as it relates to The business you'll leverage structured Decision making process to identify Opportunities and point the customers in The proper direction utilize Computer Applications and tools to initiate Remote sessions when needed to help the Customers and provide Solutions and of Course you will log all of your support Calls and document all of your
