Foreign [Music] Welcome back to my channel I hope Everybody's doing good today I'm doing Great and I'm back with another job for You and I'm coming to you guys with a High paying job today so let's go ahead And get straight into it this job is Going to be coming from the company Volatile and they're currently looking For an events manager with this job Right here you're going to be working With the VP of marketing in various Divisions across the company to Determine company-wide event schedules You got to manage negotiations with Event organizers to ensure volatile Extracts value and is well positioned And the marketing and business teams Understand all deliverables before Contract is signed you're going to fill In all the event and logistical Documentation to ensure a smooth event And you're going to conduct industry Reviews to determine potential events You're going to be the main point of Contact internally and externally for Event coordination and you're going to Develop marketing and Communications Plans for pre-promotion and post Coverage of events we'll need to have The ability to capture and post event Content on social media and you're going To research locations and hotel options
For successful and cost effective events We'll coordinate the volatile team for Each event guiding hotel bookings Flights and event materials and then Also secure catering and other Third-party vendors when necessary and Attend events to ensure they're set up For success and you're going to develop And oversee the events budget including Forecasting and pulse reporting so they Want you to have five plus years of Events experience aviation industry Experience is preferred but not required You will need to be confident working at Trade shows and engaging potential Customers and Industry members and have The ability to develop content and Execute social media campaigns you will Need to be confident and have excellent Communication skills written in verbal Strong attention to detail and be able To have a flexible schedule with the Ability to travel across the country Sometimes that short notice and on the Weekends will be to have strong References and example of work that Highlights your success and they would Like you to have a marketing degree in Five plus years in a relevant role the Shop is going to pay 80k yearly it is Remote friendly however they do prefer Those that are in the Southeast and You're going to get benefits as well so Of course if you guys are interested in
