Welcome back my YouTube friends and Family this is Lindsay and I am back With another daily work from home job Lead this week I have been posting a lot Of non-phone and Healthcare positions And I know not everyone wants to be in The healthcare field so I have today Some customer service positions for Those of you who want customer service Now this one is from the company Moen They are hiring a remote customer Service representative they are offering Computer equipment all the equipment you Need they offer a paid training just Know if you want to apply the links to Everything I share are always in the YouTube description box below this video But they are looking for remote call Center agents now I said they will Provide training their training will Begin February 21st of a 2023 so just About 30 days or a month from now and You need to be available between the Hours of 9 A.M to 5 30 PM Eastern Standard time before that training now Once you get out of training working Hours they they run their call center From 8 AM to 7 00 PM Eastern Standard Time and so you'll be scheduled an Eight-hour shift during that time and They do shift rotation so each week your Shifts may be different so that is Something to consider if you are okay With that they are looking for someone
To deliver a consumer experience that Drives a positive word of mouth Advertisement for Moen Incorporated You'll manage inbound calls from Consumers to resolve any product and Technical Support issues they are having With the product that will include Identifying and determining the product The calls and explaining the best Resolution to the consumer you'll have To use efficient use of technology to Help assist the consumer with Identification of their product Explanation of resolution and giving Them any tech support repair or Installation of service kits they do not Require any kind of college degree just A high school diploma or GED they do Prefer someone who has two years Experience in a customer service role or Call center they do pay a higher salary If you happen to be bilingual in either Spanish or French they want someone who Can use a computer use Microsoft Office Someone who thrives in a high demand Environment so it's going to be high Demand high volume and possibly high Stress now you have to be available for Training from February 21st to March 10th and August 11th 2023rd through September 28th and it says those dates Could change but those are their two Training classes now they offer a Standard benefit package including a
