Proactively troubleshooting and Providing assistance the impacts that The circle medical patients Pharmacy Experience so you're going to kind of be The go between mediator between the Patients and the pharmacies making sure That the pharmacies fulfill their Prescriptions and the patients have a Great experience now as far as education And experience they're looking for Someone who has a high school diploma or GED but no college degree or another no Other a technical certifications aren't Needed they do want somebody who's two Years experience working in some kind of Customer service role and and someone Who has prior experience in a pharmacy Or Health Care environment so your prior Experience does not have to be Pharmacy It just has to be some kind of Health Care related so this might be great for Those of you that used to be like CNAs Or something like that and you're Looking to get out of working with Patients and being able to work from Home other than that they need someone Who has great verbal and written Communication skills someone who can pay Attention and have high attention to Detail great time management skills and Great a problem solving skills now it Does say you'll need to be able to Maintain five inbound phone calls per Hour and maybe handle up to a hundred
