What to expect from your first visit Things like that you'll use text and Email Communications based on the Preference of each patient the emails And texts are already written and Scripted and pre-approved for you so you Don't even have to think and come up With what to say you'll be tracking the Messages being sent out and Reporting Back on them and escalating any issues To your project manager they're going to Provide all the computer equipment for You you'll have the company equipment Phone and laptop so all texts will be Sent through that company portal on the Laptop so you will not have to use any Of your personal all stuff for this now As far as working hours go it does say You can enjoy a nice work-life balance Fridays always always end at 3 pm Eastern Standard Time and in the Summers They change that to 1 pm Eastern Standard Time plus you get two weeks of Paid time off and one Wellness week Where the company entirely shuts down so People can take time off as far as the Type of person they're looking for this Is a great opportunity for someone who Is extremely detail-oriented they also Look like somebody who has prior Experience Distributing or reporting on Large volumes of text or data this is a Data specialist type role so you've got To be able to work and report on data
