And maintain dashboards and trackers to Provide visibility of performance and Call case drivers to the organization Aiding in business Improvement you will Own the creation and editing of policy And procedure articles and assistant Ensuring education materials for the Teams are appropriate and current and You're going to participate in long-term Planning and scoping of the QA Initiative so you will support the care Navigation team as needed and they want You to have a master's degree in Clinical work or equivalent demonstrated Proficiency in Excel in Google Sheets Strong attention to detail effective Time management clinical knowledge and Assessment and safety planning and two Years of experience with high-risk Clients and it will be great if you had Two plus years of experience as a Quality assurance Specialist or Experience document process and Procedure evaluating and scoring member Calls experience and quality management Software Confluence Google Suite Drive Sheets and presentations Lucid charts is Strongly preferred and a familiarity With ncqa accreditation okay so this job Is going to pay 85k a year pretty good Pay there and of course if you're Interested in applying for this job you Can check out that link in the Description bar make sure to leave any
