Foreign [Music] Welcome back to my channel I hope Everybody's doing good today I'm doing Great and I'm back with another job for You guys and this is going to be a Part-time temporary job with the company Perch energy and they're currently Looking for a customer service Representative I wasn't able to find the Pay for this job but let's go ahead and Get straight into the details so with This job right here you're going to be Working part-time 25 hours a week you Will be working Monday through Friday Which is good and you're going to be Managing incoming calls as a priority For the duration of your shift and You're going to be communicating with Customers primarily via phone and Utilize a variety of software tools to Navigate customer accounts you're going To be researching and reviewing policies And communicating effective Solutions in A timely manner you will provide Introductory information to new Customers and you're going to also Handle customer complaints and provide Appropriate Solutions and Alternatives Within the time limits and you're going To also follow up to ensure resolution And you're going to resolve inbound Customer calls regarding customer Accounts and troubleshoot and provide
