Fixed very quickly for high severity Issues you'll maintain bug reporting Systems to test reports for accuracy Verifying the bug fixes identifying Priority issues and attracting any Update you're going to help moderate Their official Community server and Deliver timely accurately and thoughtful Responses to the community's questions And issues you'll monitor the community Sediment and provide actional feedback To cross-functional Partners and of Course you'll educate and provide useful Troubleshooting steps for technical Issues that the community faces on Desktop browser IOS and Android Droid Versions of the app now of course they Are looking for somebody who's great Attention to detail has a passion for Supporting the communities with patient And empathy somebody who has a great Problem solving skills a great Communication skills and a high level of Confidentiality with the stuff that You're handling now they are looking for Somebody who has a little bit of Technical knowledge already about Discord specifically its features on Both the desktop and mobile they want Somebody who has experienced with Different bug tracking programs like Asana Gyra or fabricator someone who has One year experience with a QA processes And procedures and either a bachelor
