Welcome back my YouTube friends and Family this is Lindsay and I am back With another daily work from home job Lead for you on this channel I try to Find different things and I'm trying to Mix it up with a little bit of non-phone Data injury health care and customer Service for those of you who don't mind Customer service of course you can Always leave anything specific that You're looking for in the comments below But today's job lead is going to be a Customer service position it is from the Huge attire Company Goodyear they're Looking for a remote customer service Representative now one thing to note About this position and they're looking For is someone to support the Eastern Time zone so if you're outside of that Time zone you'll have to convert your Hours to make sure that that works for You but they are basically looking for Somebody to handle and resolve incoming Customer issues in the best interest of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company so You'll handle the phone calls and Surface mail you'll stay up to date on All of of a good year Dunlop and Kelly Products and services you'll respond to Email inquiries inquiries received Through Goodyear Kelly and Dunlop Websites as well as being answering the Phones you need to make sure that you Meet and exceed the customer relations
Quality assurance and guidelines you'll Provide feedback on any contacts such as Unusual spikes related to product or Service a performance so if people are Calling in and complaining you will Escalate that uh you'll have to complete Training they are going to give you a Paid training and they are going to give You the authority to request a refunds And future rebates for customers up to Five hundred dollars ensuring compliance With their requirements so you're Basically just going to be answering all The customers it needs and helping them Out when they need a refund on a product Or tires now they are not requiring any Kind of college degree in just a high School diploma or GED one to two years Of previous customer service experience And somebody who has reliable high-speed Internet now they do have a few desired Skills that are not required such a Strong communication skills working Knowledge of contact center metrics Effective problem solving and then Auto Service Excellence certification but Again those are not required now Unfortunately for this position pay was Not listed in the job description a Final pay will have to be discussed at The interview however I always try to Find an estimate so you know if it's Worth your time to apply any customer Service representative at Goodyear per
