Who can be a technology focused but You're going to spend 80 percent of your Time with cresta's users through various Communication channels like zendesk That's ticketing where you're just Typing like an email reply and their Email inbox so it's all non-phone you'll Be responsible for talking to the users Through the text to understand why they Are chatting in and what feedback or Questions they have you'll be triaging And escalating incoming issues and bugs Up to the engineering team so that they Can get those software bugs fixed you'll Track and record each bug in the system And provide a detail description in the Ticket of course you'll follow up Through email and tickets with the Customers to ensure customer Satisfaction and you'll also be involved In process Improvement efforts by Helping write and construct help center Articles and FAQ materials now they are Not requiring any kind of a college Degree just somebody who is a fantastic Written communicator and is fluent in English and able to communicate in a Professional but empathetic way you need To be able to solve open-ended problems So be a problem solver being highly Organized now one thing they do want is Somebody who can work in the U.S Eastern Time Zone 8 AM to 6 p.m so if you're Outside of the Eastern Time Zone you'll
