Welcome back my friends to another Non-phone daily work from home job lead Video today is just non-phone day Apparently yesterday I was getting a Little concerned with it being a holiday Week I didn't feel like there were very Great a work from home job opportunities Being posted and then all of a sudden Today we have a lot of non-phone Positions so I am trying to share just As fast as I can so that if you're Interested in any of these positions you Can get those applications in before They take these job postings down with It being a holiday weekend I'm gonna Assume that they will stay up through The weekend but without further Ado Today's job lead is from the company Clearbit now clear bit is kind of a Newer company it looks like they only Have a 47 reviews on Glassdoor they have A 3.6 out of 5 star rating of course the Links to everything are always in the YouTube description box below this video But clearbit is hiring a customer Experience representative this is is Remote for the United States and it is Going to be non-phone answering customer Service tickets now clearbit is a high Growing software as a service company so They are looking for people probably to Give more tech support and it says most Customer inquiries can be answered with Help center documentation like FAQs by
Reviewing historical tickets or by using Their internal troubleshooting tools so You're not going to have to go into Helping the customer blindly they're Going to give you lots of tools to do That but you'll basically be responding To customer inquiries from hundreds of Global businesses via their ticketing Software zendesk you'll handle around 250 tickets a month you'll refund but Cancel or modify their subscriptions to The software as necessary through their Payment processing provider stripe or Their internal payment tools of course If you have anything that you can't work You'll escalate inquiries outside of Your scope up to the support engine Engineers and you'll also help improve Your team's processes by creating canned Responses and updating help center Articles now they are not requiring any Kind of college degree for this position And they do want somebody who has one Year of experience and business to Business technology someone who has Experience with zendesk or other some Type of a ticketing system someone who Has a great problem stronger with a Strong communication skills now if that Is you pay for this position as anywhere From forty five thousand dollars a year All the way up to 53 500 a year of Course they include a standard benefit Package that includes Health dental
