Welcome back my friends so this is Lindsay and I am back with another daily Work from home job lead for you this one Is from the well-known grocery delivery Company instacart but you don't have to Be out delivering groceries with this One they are looking for a fraud and Identity specialist now this is a Contract position so one thing to note It is a six-month contracted position at Instacart expectations to work full-time 40 hours per week you're paid hourly and Eligible for additional hours and Bonuses as needed now they are looking For someone to be scheduled to work one To two a weekend days which the manager Will assign but this roll will blend Different areas of instacart together You'll be reviewing transactions in real Time to prevent fraud and then you'll Also be identifying fraudulent Activities and patterns after they've Happened account takeovers and handling Internal escalations to provide a Service through instacart's platform so You'll basically identify identify frog Patterns and conduct investigations to Deter fraudulent or suspicious Activities you'll maintain a queue of Inbound customer appeals with time Management and prioritization skills so You'll take those customer appeals and You'll prioritize which ones to work Based on different things you'll
Recognize and present opportunities to Improve and drive tasks to a full Resolution and of course you'll execute On repetitive operational tasks while Maintaining attention to detail and Having an i4 process improvements so This is going to require you to do Repetitive tasks and look at Transactions and like check points on Them and and do the same thing basically Over and over and over again so make Sure you are fine with that but they are Not requiring any kind of college degree For this position just one to two years Of some kind of a professional Experience ideally they'd like someone Who has worked in fraud data processing Or some kind of support related field Someone who has strong verbal and Written communication skills of course Someone who has a positive attitude Someone who can think critically and Make critical and sensitive issues Quickly so you've got to be able to make Decisions in a fast-paced environment And of course again be available to work Weekends or holidays if this sounds like Something for you pay for this position In all states across the board seems to Be 23 dollars an hour all right if You've made it to the end of this video I want to say thank you so so much for Watching and supporting me as always Please feel free to leave in the
