Neutral Manner and identify training Needs and work closely with the skills Trainer if a trend arises you will Perform routine audits on customer Facing employees and team leads and Communicate changes to the quality Assurance process to leadership you got To collaborate with and meet weekly with Operations leadership to ensure Expectations are being met and also Distribute training feedback surveys to New hires upon training completion and Analyze feedback results you're going to Also attend calibration meetings with The client as requested so in terms of What they want you to have they want you To have a high school diploma a college Degree is preferred they want you to Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems and procedures and be proficient In Excel and previous experience and Quality assurance or a similar field Working knowledge of tools methods and Concepts of quality assurance and Excellent data collection and analysis Skills they would prefer if you had at Least one year of experience in the Field or related area and be able to Work comfortably in a fast-paced Environment if you had a certificate in Quality assurance and if you're familiar With military demographics and again you Will be working 40 hours per week and Weekends as needed okay so here's the
