Foreign [Music] Everybody welcome back to my channel I Hope everybody's doing good today I'm Doing great and I'm back with another Job for you guys of course and this one Right here is coming from the company Tiltify they're currently looking for Community Support associate and you're Going to be assisting with Community Engagement so this is not going to be a Phone job you're going to be assisting With Community engagement on social Media okay you're going to be responding And redirecting customer service support Tickets and verifying and logging Reported application issues you're going To gather customer feedback and share With appropriate departments and Assistant verification charity Eligibility for onboarding to tiltify You're going to also guide community Members needing help with using tiltify And support tickets Forum post and on Discord and they'd like for you to have A bachelor's degree and or equivalent Experience that's required two plus Years of experience as a customer Support specialist or similar role Experience using help desk software and Remote support tools be an excellent Communicator and proud Problem Solver And have experience with Discord Reddit And other community-based platforms also
