All right my friends welcome back to Another work from home job lead this one Is going to be part time that doesn't Require any experience whatsoever as in The healthcare field we're gonna dive on In just know the links to everything I Share are always in the YouTube Description box below this video today's Job lead is from the company omada Health now they are more of a startup Company however they do have 149 reviews On Glassdoor with a rating of 3.8 out of 5 Stars they are hiring a member support Agent this is part-time remote for the United States only they are looking for Someone to work anywhere from 16 up to 24 hours per week pay is anywhere from 16.54 cents an hour all the way up to 20.67 an hour now they do have a program And app in the healthcare field they're Looking for member support agents to Respond to emails and phone calls from Members with concerns and queries about The program and the app you'll need to Be enthusiastic about educating people On the program so you'll basically Communicate and provide support to the Members over chat email a phone in a way That embodies the company Mission you'll Also process applications for the Program with accuracy and great Attention to detail you'll go above and Beyond to provide that world-class Customer experience and you'll also help
Develop and maintain their knowledge Base of products processes and systems Now as far as what you're going to need For this position only two things are Required that you be a person that is First to take on the most difficult Difficult support situations you love a Challenge in resolving new problems and In they are a startup so they say within A startup atmosphere you have to Carefully control your stress levels so If you can manage stress level and Manage your time wisely and be a problem Solver that is it no college degree is Needed and no experience is needed now It does say you get a bonus of brownie Points if you have anywhere from six Months to one year of some kind of Customer service or call center Experience but it is not required you Also get bonus points for having Experience in a healthcare experience or In a startup now they do want you to use Confidentiality because this is a health Care related you have to act with Discretion they want somebody who has a Learner mindset and can be accountable Now as far as the hours go their Customer service is open from 5 a.m to 6 PM Pacific Standard time which is 8 A.M To 9 pm Eastern Standard Time and of Course within that you'll be working 16 To 24 hours so if you're on the Eastern Time Zone you might want to talk to them
