Foreign [Music] Hi everybody welcome back to my channel I hope everybody's doing good today I'm Doing great and I'm back with another Job for you guys and this one right here Is coming from the company Planet D post Okay and I've posted them on the channel Plenty of times but currently they have A client service specialist job and I Like this one right here because you can Work from 2 P.M to 10 p.m a lot of you Guys like that shift so I wanted to go Ahead and bring you guys this job today So we're gonna go ahead and get into the Details this job is going to pay between 21 and 24 an hour and with this job you Will be fielding all client and reporter Related phone calls and emails you're Going to monitor production tables and Rush boards and prioritize jobs in order Of due date and you're going to research Client issues and billing related Disputes to address client concerns and Reach a positive resolution you're going To provide estimated transcript job Costs to clients and production Departments and review and track final Transcript files received from reporters You're going to format and distribute Rough draft transcripts to clients as Needed and enter job notes in the Reporter base and you're going to also Enter case firm and contact notes in the
