Foreign [Music] Welcome back to my channel I hope Everybody's doing good today I'm doing Great and I'm back with another job for You guys and this one right here is Coming from the company consult webs Okay and they're currently looking for An executive assistant and I really like This job because this job does have four Day work weeks so you will be working Full-time 32 hours a week but you will Get paid for 40 hours a week okay so We're gonna go ahead and get into the Details of this job right here you will Be responsible for company intake via Phone and contact forms as well as Appointment setting for inbound leads We'll be responsible for lead generation Through networking on various platforms Including social media you're going to Be responsible for the support and Nurturing of referral relationships and You will use HubSpot to create and Maintain contacts calendars and Automation you will be responsible for Internal communication among teams to Support sales requests and you're going To also be responsible for proposal Preparation and review note taking Follow-up and implementation Accountability so this job requires a High school diploma or GED some college Experience is preferred previous
