Foreign Welcome back I hope everybody's doing Good today I'm doing great and I'm back With another job for you guys and this Is going to be quick and straight to the Point as usual and I'm bringing you guys A job with a company Embrace they're Currently looking for a customer success Specialist and you're going to be Working Monday through Friday with this Job between 9 30 a.m to 6 30 p.m Central Standard Time Of course this is a 100 Remote position you will have to adjust Those hours to your time zone but with This job right here you're going to be Developing an understanding of software Functionality and how it applies to Educational standards and best practices You're going to provide customer support Through guidance and training and Display positive and professional images To clients you're going to build and Maintain client relationships and work With customers to find Solutions and Resolve issues and create instructional Documents and other Publications to Enhance the client experience you will Participate in basic software testing For custom forms use the reported bugs And overall functionality so you only Need a high school diploma or GED strong Verbal and written communication High Attention to detail and the ability to Prioritize organize multitask and work
