Can do the job well without supervision They will let you work anytime between 6 A.m and 8 PM but they are looking for Someone to process incoming fraud and Non-fraud disputes within the dispute Platform so most people log on to their Online banking platform and there you Can send messages submit dispute forms And all of that you'll leverage the Basic knowledge of card Association Guidelines and time frames to process Chargebacks and recover funds on behalf Of the card holder and a credit union so You'll be performing those chargebacks And dispute resolution processing and Handling dispute inquiries you'll Provide the supporting documentation in Various systems while minimizing risk For the company you'll be reviewing the Electronic documentation produced from Various sources to code transactions as Fraud or non-fraud disputes within the Processing a platform you'll review a Research and initiate the resolution of Dispute inquiries from cardholders Credit Union merchants and internal Departments you'll handle all aspects of The dispute process in compliance with Visa or Mastercard rules and regulations You'll also send written communication To the members and Credit Union to Provide case status and additional Information Best part about this job is they're only
